No Insurance? No problem. Our Dental Savings Membership Plan was developed especially for individuals and families without dental insurance. Routine dental care is an integral part of your overall health. This plan provides great flexibility and easy access to quality dental care at an affordable price.

Avoid Insurance Limitations

· No annual maximum or deductibles

· No waiting periods

· No pre-existing condition limitations, age/frequency restrictions

· No claim forms or pre-authorizations

Plan Includes (12-month benefits)

· Two exams in 12 months including the initial full mouth series x-rays/annual updated x-rays

· Two cleanings

· Two oral cancer screenings

· Two fluoride varnish treatments

· 15% off of all other treatments, excluding Invisalign

Adult Plan without Gum Disease (14 years and older): $420/ $35 month

· 3 cleanings per year -- $480/ $40 per month  

· 4 cleanings per year -- $540/ $45 per month

Child Plan (13 years and under): $300/ $25 per month

Perio Plan

Plan Includes (12-month benefits):

· Two exams in 12 months including the initial full mouth series x-rays/annual updated x-rays

· Two oral cancer screenings

· Two fluoride varnish treatments

· 15% off of all other treatments, excluding Invisalign

· Initial Scaling and Root Planing (deep cleaning) – 20% OFF

Periodontal Plan 4 (4 cleanings per year): $648/ $54 per month

Periodontal Plan 3 (3 cleanings per year): $540 /$45 per month

*Monthly membership plans require $50 enrollment plan per member on auto pay

* Enrollment fee waived if membership is paid in full
